Had the pleasure of doing a couple appraisals on Lake Oconee lately.  One really was an enjoyable experience and that one was for a property at Cuscowilla.  Now this is a very, very nice Planned urban development. At the time we visited they had a woman's golf tournement going on, man they were everywhere and having fun. Family's were on the tennis courts or heading to the beach or the golf club. It is a very impressive neighborhood. Mary and I enjoyed our assignment that day.
