It appears folks are getting off the fence finally. Compared to April the just released figure for May residential real estate contract offers that were accepted by sellers was up 6.7%. jtm

Jun 4, 2009 at 12:10 PM Thanks for the update! we are seeing a huge increase in home sales in the Warner Robins, Ga area as well. Buyers are taking advantage of great prices, low interest rates, and the tax credits for first time buyers. It's a great time to buy a home.
